2026 Residential Soulard and Kosciusko Neighborhood Survey
The Soulard Community Improvement District needs your help! Your participation is especially valuable in this important survey designed to gather opinions and feedback on economic development in the neighborhood. Your responses will allow City leadership and staff to identify and address many of the opportunities and challenges facing our community!
The survey data will be compiled and analyzed by ETC Institute, which is one of the nation’s leading firms in the field of local government research. The statistically valid survey results will be shared with the Soulard CID Board and the community as part of the ongoing Economic Development Strategic Plan which is being conducted by PGAV. This plan focuses on the Soulard and Kosciusko neighborhoods in St. Louis.
We anticipate that this survey will require 15 to 20 minutes of your time and your responses will remain confidential. As a way to say thank you for your time, we will be randomly selecting five (5) survey respondents to receive a $100 Visa gift card. Questions?
